Settle Invoice: An invoice will be sent to you. Please settle it within 24 hours.

Delivery: Delivery is via third-party courier (Lalamove/Grab Express). Delivery fees are paid by the buyer.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders of P6,000 and above within the Philippines (excluding same-day delivery). Shipping costs for orders below P6,000 and all same-day deliveries within Metro Manila will be calculated at checkout. Deliveries booked via 3rd party couriers will be shouldered by the customer.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping within Metro Manila typically takes 2-3 business days. Provincial deliveries within the Philippines usually take 5-7 business days after order processing.
Please note: Business days do not include Sundays and holidays in the Philippines.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be happy with your Lucky Cool Kids purchase. However, we currently only accept returns and exchanges for items that were damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item or your order doesn't arrive, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at hello@lckofficial.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Q: What are the conditions for a return/exchange?
A: To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
Returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Not purchased at a discount of 60% or more, or marked as "FINAL SALE."
Undamaged and unworn (no washing, alterations, or perfume smells).
Returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact, including any freebies (stickers, etc.).
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Q: I received the wrong order. What should I do?
A: Please contact us immediately at hello@lckofficial.com with images of the incorrect item(s) and a copy of your order invoice. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: We inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@lckofficial.com with images of the damaged product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Q: How do I wash my Lucky Cool Kids products?
A: To keep your Lucky Cool Kids gear looking its best, we recommend the following care instructions:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, with mild detergent and similar colors.
Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
Do not use fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for the longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron the decoration.
Do not dry clean.
Q: How long does it take for items to restock?
A: Popular items sell out fast! We're constantly working to restock, so follow us on Facebook/ Instagram / TikTok to be the first to know when they're back.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed. If you have questions about your order, please contact us at @hello@lckofficial.com.
